It's primarily plains, so unlikely.

Do the Embassies in Nikesake have spare weapons, in specific swords, for their samurai to use?

Probably not swords, and no katana in any case. They might have some other weapons around.

With the removal of the army, can the Shrine be looked at, and cleaned up D13?

In some prior games, there's been a chance to write and have approved epilogues for our characters. Will that be possible this time around, and what's the protocol on that?

She should be fine. Not a lot of enemies between Morikage Toshi and Nikesake.
