What sort of TN to recognize the Tsuno for what they are (Kitsu (species) and Toshigoku if there is a difference)?

Is there an appropriate time to check in with the Governor regarding the events of the Social Distancing thread? I assume that there has to be some time to react.

What benefit, if any, would Tempest of Air and its knockdown effect have on being chased by slaughter samurai?

Knocking a samurai from him horse? If so, would that end the pursuit?

PtiP has a base TN of 10 and then heals every point the roll exceeds the casting TN by.

BS and Wound penalties - do they effectively raise the TN for healing purposes? IE - new TN is 21, you only heal what is rolled above 21?

I seem to remember this had been ruled on before, but wanna check before I go ahead:

A failed Medicine roll does not count towards the limit of once per day for being healed with a Medicine Skill check, correct?
