How does this work on the 1 ashigaru per 5'? Do we assume there's enough Ashigaru for the whole cone length/width? 27 Ashigaru in the cone per cast.

Would Kharmic tie be able to work if the said kharmic tie is in the city, or only in the actual event thread?

Can I coordinate with different people on different rounds? Or have to stick with one bushi?
