Not that this applies directly to me, but:
Non-Brotherhood monks purchasing Kiho must pay one and a half time the Kiho's cost to learn it. In case of odd-numbered costs, is it rounded up or down?
Example: does Mastery Level 5 Kiho cost 7 (rounded down) or 8 (rounded up)?
I tried checking through the book, but I couldn't find a clear consensus on whether or not the game rounds up or down as a standard.
The 4E errata document specified that Kiho costs round down. I know not all those errata are in force in HT, though. Still, worth noting perhaps?

ERRATA, 4TH EDITION CORE BOOK:
General clarification of rounding-off: Situations may arise where a number is halved. What happens when this is applied to an odd number? In most cases, the GM chooses, but there is one specific case where the numbers are always rounded down: When determining the XP cost of Kiho for non-Brotherhood monks.
