Could a mounted archer start outside the city walls at closer range to the enemy, then ride farther away as the enemies get closer? (I'm hoping I can start mounted on the killing field just barely in range of the bad guys, then shoot and move away a little after every round so as to stay ahead of the infantry charge. It'd be a cool Mongol horse archer thing to do.)

Do the samurai have an armor bonus for the purposes of flesh-cutter or armor piercing arrows?

You can, but you're not part of the event if you're not on the walls. The Lion aren't going to let anyone ride a horse up onto their battlements, either.

Could stand against the waves be cast to give one of the archers another chance to fire in a round?

Can Stand Against the Waves be used to let another character take an extra attack action in the same round?

Yes.

On your sheet, so yes.

If you have the Yojimbo advantage, they can also do attacks.

You would have to 1) Be present in the event (and thus taking up a slot), and 2) Coordinate with the other players so that your rounds line up.

For fury is Osano-wo is today's weather considered a storm for Ithe extra damage? (6k2 or 6k3 instead of 5k2?)

I hate to ask this, but do we suffer penalties to our archery due to the rain?

Can you call Multiple Attacks with a bow?

If yes, can your second attack target something else?

Well, this one is likely a long shot. But could I cast Reversal of fortune on friendly archers as my round?

How does this work on the 1 ashigaru per 5'? Do we assume there's enough Ashigaru for the whole cone length/width?
