I would just like to make sure I am not failing my reading comprehension, but does the first option of casing Earthquake destroy all four sections of the pass?

Also if one has a Pearl of Purity, does that further reduce the Black Scrolls penalty discussed in the event, or is it +6 regardless of Pearl of Purity?

Just the one section of the path. I've made an edit for clarity.

Pearl of Purity will reduce the Black Scroll penalty as appropriate.

Is there any way to attempt to collapse an additional section? Particularly if someone else has not succeeded.

It's a huuuuge pass, so even dropping a portion of it is a Big Success.

With the Tensai double affinity, do I get -10 to the TN, or just the -5?
