If this is your first or second game in the Hollow Throne universe, please post a note here so that the other, more experienced players can invite you to threads and try to help you along.

Returning Players:

This game is intended to let everyone step back from their repeat characters and get a breath of fresh air, so please, invite new players to your threads and try to keep them involved, not just at the start of the game, but during the middle and end, too.

If you always roleplay with a certain group of people, please try to branch out and spend time with new folks, just so that we can try to move past some of the cliques that have formed in the past near-decade.

I was Bayushi Hajime for a very brief time during Kyuden Suzume, so I suppose this would be my second HT game. Far from my first L5R experience, though - I was Shosuro Hotaka in Winter Court 3, Shosuro Yoshiyuki in Winter Court 4, and am the head GM for Shadows Over Naishou (currently on hiatus), so I've got a fair bit of PbP experience. I'm always up to help out new players, so feel free to toss a PM my way if you're uncertain about something or need help getting involved.

I am returning to HT after a break. While I've caught up on timeline in general strokes, I am still not aware of some who's whos and why's whys. Happy to have long talks on Bushido with any and all and find clicks beyond cliques!

Welcome in, folks. I've played other games from MS before Hollow Throne. This is my 3rd game on this universe –– which I really, really enjoy.

This is the 2nd game playing with Horonigai. Yes, you pronounce similarly to what you're thinking.

Thought I'd mention this for players new and old that might have missed it - the private messages are at the the top left of the page (next to your name and the logout button). It doesn't change colour or really stand out much if you've got a message, so you'll just have to look each time.

You can change to the standard prosilver (which is a bit easier to see) from user control panel > board preferences.

I tried HT at Kyuden Suzume but wasn't able to stay in. With everything going on, I shouldn't have an issue finishing the game.

Look forward to playing with all of you, this will be my first real go at it.
