"These two? Yes. The cubs no, I need to get a little better at training for others but if given young others can command them. As you saw with Baatar yesterday, they will play with others if given permission, as long as I am in sight."

He grunted as he continued his squats and then said, “They are well trained, it must take a great deal of dedication to get them to act on command.”

Eika began mimicking Batzurig's movements, working on her own thighs."Eh, I seem to have a talent with animals. Seiji is particularly stubborn and petulant, though."

"Baatar seems to have a gift for animals as well, that bodes well for you both," he responded as he continued his exercise.

"Bodes well?" She looked surprised, "I do hope to learn to ride from him. I doubt I will ever ride like the Unicorn, but to ride by his side sounds nice."

“Unicorn are born to ride, but like anything else it can be learned. No one is born a master rider, we all fell, and if one says otherwise they are lying,” he responded.

"I can ride in the most basic of ways, as all Samurai can. That isn't really riding though. I am not afraid to fall or to hurt. Not with learning of any skill..."

“Then you will do fine, Baatar is a good rider, perhaps as good as me,” he admitted. “Keep your balance and take it slow.”

He continued the squats and added, “If you are willing, then you will learn.”

Eika nodded, and imagined a scene of Baatar teaching her how to ride upon his great warhorse. Something about the thought of such closeness made her blush deeply, and she shook her head to clear it.

He continued his squats and then said, "How did you enjoy the kumis?"
