FWIW, I tend to doubt "cattle on fire" will have a high ATN, so with your nice attack pool, Feint might add to your damage, even if you can't use your grappling and knockdown shenanigans.

Is it possible to use Animal Handling for a maneuver as a distraction to effectively feint?

If not Erina is going to Guard Ore.
