Aya is willing to go, but she could really really use, one high init person to swap with, and other people who can actually get through the Tsuno's reduction.

Tetsuko is willing to go if needed, good for supplying ATN bonuses, getting through reduction would be tough.

Masahiko's up for it, but his initiative is god-awful and 5k4 damage has a wide standard deviation. Would willingly step aside for others who can deliver the goods a little more assuredly.

Aya is probably one of the most potent figures for this fight with the right backup isn't she?

(I do not recommend Mari: Her ability to affect the combat is through healing and gras of earth which could be useful, but is not likely to make up for the need for heavy damage output against the tsuno to reduce their number as soon as possible.)

Edit 2: Mari actually has Bonds of Ningen-do believe it or not. However, she suffers under the 10 minute casting time limitation, which makes that moot here.

They all open later, with the Bulls opening first in the morning (Mindshred time). We can't quite call dibs on spots ahead of time so watch for tomorrow.

It's not going up till at least morning (US) so no rush!

Characters who can hit really hard or bypass Reduction will probably have the biggest advantage here, not counting Aya's cheatsey ward nonsense.

Also, by the book, Tsuno Blades do extra damage against people with Taint or Touched by the Realm... no way most of us would know that, though.

Kimika has good initiative but low Void, so somebody else would have to pay for swapping spots. She's also designed as an archer, so the -10 for shooting in melee range would suck, and the damage roll wouldn't be very good. I'd love to play, but I don't think Kimika's helpful enough when there's only four slots.

Off the bat is questionable

I have poor init, so I would definitely need someone to swap me above the tsuno sgtrike force.

I've got two defensive wards prepped: 1 Armor of Earth (Reduction 6), 1 Fires of Purity. While I'd like to put them both on myself, If I armor of earth myself, I can't reach them if I'm above them in order.

Hrmmm. I guess the logical thing to do would be to give the reduction ward to someone else who either moves fast, or is already in heavy armor, or doesn't care like a shug, and FoP myself in the hope that 1 Tsuno (2 if I freaking miss the attack roll again) choose to hit the non-burny people.

I'd be interested in this or the bulls.

I have a pair or warcats that hit at about 5k4, so that's a decent pop so by round 3 Erina is looking at up to three attacks per round but it's a ramp up

No actual way to bypass carapace, but can do Katana damage normally with 3 Str. + honor

Actually, may do Two FoP's for my prep. Cast on the meatiest character, and a ward for me. Save the armor for saving my hide in the fight after the bonds.

I could theoretically help if needed but I'm designed to be an archer first, my initiative is nothing special, and I'm fairly squish with earth 2.

Mogami mentioned that Amaya and I should consider this over the Bulls. Happy to do so if there's space for both of us (we work better together due to kharmic tie).

High armour, high reduction, average 5k3 initiative, stored fires of purity if necessary, Earth 4 berserkers with high attack and damage when we raise (keeping 4 for both, 5 for attack if together).

We'll also ignore a little reduction, so that likely helps.

Any buffs would be useful frankly. Tsuno are strong.
