She closed her eyes and sighed softly. "I... appreciate the well wishes I've received since coming here. It's rare, but I think desperate times do cause there to be desperate measures. We need all the help we can get and give, yes?"

"Should either of the two of you have need, I have a tent pitched among the refugees. I had thought perhaps to get rooms in the inn, but it seems an expense that is not wisely taken upon myself thus far, so I have refrained for the moment. If you ask among the peasants, it shouldn't be hard to find me." Well, that was open to debate. Most of them knew there was a nice lady handing out rice balls the other day, not necessarily where she slept or the ability to pick her out of a lineup, but that was its own benefit.

At least the two of them were simple enough to find, should she have a need. That was something, and they both seemed open to it, though she wasn't remotely surprised of that with the monk. Monks tended to be rather forgiving sorts. "I will remember that, thank you, both of you. After the last day's events, it is good to find that there is still a heart of cooperation here." She wasn't actually sure how much she liked that, but it was helpful in the face of a fight.
