These were angry war loving tsuno and not tainted tsuno though, right? Different factions if I recall correctly. The returned spirits aren't tainted either so nothing necessarily says that a body left in their wake is going to become a Lost or a zombie.

There is still an open portal to Toshigoku out there. And my Yogo has assured people that you can't get corrupted by Toshigoku like you can Jigoku......
