The snow swirls together once more, forming a sheet of ice that reveals a montage of katana and wakizashi blades at hips, all of them relatively shabby and cheap-looking. Then the water kami break apart, returning to snow once again.

((Thought Toshiko was going to take the lead from here, but we seem to have lost her, and unfinished investigation scenes offend my sensibilities...))

Then Myo-en lets out a muffled yelp as the man goes into a seizure. This is even further beyond her expertise. Make sure to put something in his mouth? Or was it make sure not to get anything in his mouth? She does her best to hold the man still and keep him from bashing his head on anything or hurting his leg further, at least. She has an increasingly strong feeling the Fortunes might not make a liar of her babble about 'going to a better place,' though.
