Honestly I feel like the /ftb rate has dropped over time. It's not ever going to reach zero, but it doesn't seem to have quite the fever pitch it one did. My theory is that as reprised character count rises, number of love triangles decreases.

There would have been more, but people had bucket duty to lower the amount of it.

Oh right, I'm playing a new character. Introductions are in order. I go by Otomo Sukishi, or Hida Ton. Whichever you prefer. I'll answer to both. I'm an old salt from yesteryear that got enabled to re-emerge in the campaign.

For those trying to rack their brains, I was last here in Shiro Himura as Sarusatsural, the monk that liked to hit things. I only distantly remember her. Before her, I played a prick of a Seppun by the name of Fujimori and a cute, adorable little Asako who got herself blown to kingdom come in Black Scroll.

I've got a scad of far older characters from the old old days, but in the end none of that matters too much. It's just nice to be back around. And what L5R campaign is complete without at least one honorless ronin dog? So, you get a ronin shugenja and healer, who's halfway decent as a storyteller. Looking forward to fun.

Mari will be making her appearance in Nikesake. It's the rokugani equivalent of a truck stop, so it's a good point to introduce an available Ronin.
