12th day of the Month of the Hare, 759

The rainfall continues into its fifth day, though it as least slightly warmer than in previous days: merely cold, instead of freezing. The streets are little more than cobblestones laid down atop canals of mud at this point, making life all the more miserable for the thousands of refugees that fill Nikesake's streets.
