“It’s the radicals for ‘stand’ ‘watch’ and ‘child’... I’ve always took meaning as both a parent standing and watching over a child... but also the child watching the one standing above them. Kids grow up watching their parents. If you want them to grow up hopeful, it’s probably best to nurture that feeling in yourself.” She smiled.
