Alright, this is late, but I figured it out. So, Mogami WAS stationed at TnO, but for WC was recalled to Morikage Toshi to show off her excellence in her school, being one of their prodigies, with an archery demonstration.

This way allows her to have connections to either those who called TnO home, or were at WC.

Add Agasha Manami to the "I survived Winter Court 758" crowd. And she blew up some slaughter spirits during the flight to TnO--just sayin'.

Myo-en was at winter court here at Toshi no Omoidoso (though only for the winter months, so not necessarily long enough to have already met with everybody who was here, unless you want to have done so).
