How will the Tsuno attack the Empire?

The Tsuno travel to the ruins of Kyuden Asako, where the Toshigoku portal once resided. Their Soultwisters draw upon the concentrated essence of Toshigoku that saturates the castle and surrounding lands and combines it with the echoes of slaughter from the War of Burned Wings to create Nikushimi, the Nightmare of the Lion. Released into Phoenix lands, the powerful Onisu carves a path of destruction westward as it seeks to destroy the Lion. 16%  16%  [ 7 ]
The Tsuno attack the Kitsu Tombs. Nearly overwhelmed by their might, Kitsu Izumi uses her knowledge of Toshigoku to call upon the spirits of the Lion trapped in Toshigoku, forming a legion of spiritual soldiers that fight back against the Tsuno. In the aftermath, she begins teaching her new technique to her acolytes in the hopes of using the damned spirits of the Lion for some measure of good in the world. 36%  36%  [ 16 ]
The Tsuno gather in the ruins of Shiro Akodo, where the Soultwisters enact a powerful ritual that draws upon the raw essence of Jigoku and the oaths of loyalty sworn by the Lion that tied them to the former capital. Stoked by the ritual, the lingering presence of Jigoku within many Lion samurai flares up, resulting in an outbreak of epic proportions. 30%  30%  [ 13 ]
The Tsuno travel to the Kitsune Mori, where they seize control of the Chikushudo portal at the forest's center. The Soultwisters capture and torture a great number of fox spirits in the forest, reworking them into malicious spirits that they set loose upon the Empire. 5%  5%  [ 2 ]
The Tsuno travel to Amaterasu's Furnace, a great volcano located near the heart of the Shadowlands. The Soultwisters seize control of the Gaki-do portal at the heart of the volcano and forge the souls of the hungry dead into powerful weapons that they scatter throughout the Empire, sowing the seeds of future strife and destruction. 14%  14%  [ 6 ]
