It didn't take long for Sara to track down the Imperial Advisor, this time quartered in a small room that was quite a deal smaller than what her status would expect. When she opens the door, the Suiminko stares at her blankly for a moment before adopting a thin smile. "Doji Sakura. It seems that you managed to survive the evacuation." |

Sarakura sat down in proprer seiza, opposte of Suiminko. "Oh, there is not much to tell, I come from a humble family, descendant from Doji Haminiko, oh you know, the poet of 'Red River Blue Sky' the famed haiku that stopped the War of Claw-Pincer-Beak?" She nodded enthusiastically at her as she spoke. "I was named after my grandmother, who was an ikebana artist who started the trend of using flowers seeded from the garden of Otosan Uchi." She continued nodding like an enthusiastic toddler. "My brother, may Tengoku watch over him, was an avid gardener like grandmother. He was in Mirumoto mountains when he passed away in a tragic rock gardening duel." Her face fell for a moment, before reasserting her on. "Of course, he won in the end." She tilted her head. "I am just a nobody, a passable artisan of paper." She gestured at the origami. "I was at Centipede courts before I was invited to Moritake Toshi, to serve as an aid. I hope to one day become an Empire famed artisan and proper housewife." She bowed towards the Advisor. "Please take care of me." OOC: Any rolls needed? |

Suiminko watches 'Sakura' for a long moment. "How very interesting," she finally says, smiling. "Such a pedigree. Tell me, since you spent time in the Centipede courts, you must be familiar with Moshi Sagaro. I'm interested in your opinion of the man." She stands and moves to one side of the room, where she turns her back to 'Sakura' and begins rooting around in her traveling pack. "But surely you remember the Moshi garden, yes? With the bird baths and the hanging flowers?" She turns back to 'Sakura' with a bottle and two cups, which she sets on the table between them. Reclaiming her seat, she pours a drink for each of them. "I just so happen to have a bottle of Centipede Blossoms from Winter Court. I hope that it is to your taste." "Gomen, but it was a terrible cold, and I am so bad with the winter..." She looked away shyly. "I stayed mostly indoors." Eyeing the drink, she bowed slightly towards her superior. "Arigatou. Suiminko begins to softly hum a strange, lilting tune as she watches the other woman. Stares at her, really, not breaking eye contact. She didn't even seem to be blinking.
