Yukinaga walked the walls surrounding the city in order to get a better feel for the city's defenses and a layout of the surrounding area, at least in a broad sense.

The scorpion looked every inch the young officer clad in armor, mempo covering the bottom of his face, bow and quiver on his back he scanned the area thinking, strategizing, looking for the best places to siege at or for any hidden weaknesses in the defensive structure. The battle was coming and he would be prepared.

A solitary figure in plain clothing perches on the battlement between guard stations, sitting cross-legged on the bare stone on the edge of the steep drop, with her back to the wallkway. Her hands rest palm-up on her knees and her head is held upright, gazing out through half-lidded eyes over the snowy country outside the city.

From the looks of things, she could be an ordinary monk of any temple or shrine, except that a Dragon mon is stitched on the center back of her simple padded jacket.

"Togashi-San has picked quite the precarious place to meditate it seems." Yukinaga said with equal measures of amusement and concern.

((Ah, fail! I thought I replied here already.))

The monk turns her head to look over her shoulder without shifting her overall posture much. "Many things hang in the balance at the moment. My seat is not more precarious than anyone else's in this city."
