Kanade browsed through the books looking for information on rearing of animals, dogs, and selective breeding (as advanced as such a thing may exist in rokugan.) She pulled out a small stack of potential books and scrolls and began to skim the writings looking for answers.

She had a few papers and ink set next to her for the taking of notes.

Kanade sighed and handed the books and scrolls to a heiman. She picked up her note taking materials and got ready to return to her room.
