Shiro no Shisen is the castle nestled in the southern part of Toshi no Omoidoso. Though built with defense in mind, it primarily serves as a court for samurai to discuss politics and for the governor to hold meetings with his subordinates. The court room is tastefully decorated, with a second story balcony that allows courtiers to watch the proceedings from a distance. This can prove to be both a blessing and a curse, for courtiers on the second floor are not technically considered to be present in the court, which can lead to both relief and frustration, depending upon where various courtiers are standing when an important issue is brought up for discussion.

While court has officially ended for the winter, recent events have resulted in the governor keeping the room available to his fellow samurai in order to keep discussion of the Emperor's death and the Steel Chrysanthemum's supposed coup in a somewhat-controlled environment.
