Erina whirls, hand moving to her sword out on instinct. However, the Pheonix is not taking any sort of threatening pose...and he was a bushi instead of one of shugenja. "That is...quite an offer. Erina quirks an eyebrow. "I believe the back leg was broken previously, but to fix it enough for her to run I would imagine that I would need to rebreak it, set it with a splint and be assured that she would have weeks to months immobilized and well fed to heal. And that's on top of the malnutrition that she's been suffering...don't be shocked if she takes a swipe at you by the way." Erina offers a grin that isn't 100% friendly. "We're working on that today. She's a wild one....or rather, hurt and afraid" |

"I don't think you need to break the leg. If you work a good enough splint... She is young... and with good nursing..." He patted the cub's head. "She will be alright." |

"It should be quite some time though. I do worry if we have to move." Erina reaches out to pat the lioness' head as well, the first contact she has managed. "She will probably never be a fighter, but there are always other ways to serve" |
