Miwako wandered in, looking weary and worn. She had a fresh kimono and had scrubbed most of the ink off of her face. Her hair, however, still reflected her moonlit escapades, streaked with black. "Ohayou, Asako-sama." she bowed deeply. |

Kashiwagi nodded and said as he studied, wrote, and pontificated. He said to the woman, "Good morning, Isawa-san. There is an ill flavor to the rain, blood will be spilled this day." |

She nodded, taking out a scroll. The prayer came easily, as the water kami responded to her call. The second prayer was almost instinctual at this point, she left its scroll in her satchel as she felt the kami infuse her with their healing power. Finally, Miwako prayed over the third scroll and reached out to Kashiwagi, passing that power into him. She put the scrolls away and smiled. "I found myself in the middle of a battlefield, unsurprisingly." she answered. "I couldn't stay long. I was attacked within a few seconds. But, I did get a fair impression of the battle. There was little discipline. While some of the combatants coordinated with one another, they turned on each other a moment later." |

She nodded. "Which reinforces the idea that the Steel Chrysanthemum or someone allied with him has some influence or control over them. It is possible that it is simply an effect of being in the mortal realm, but then I would expect some to remain independent from his forces." |
