In game anyway. Not that I know for certain if anyone who is would be interested in the city defense.

*waves her hands*

Ooo, ooo... Yukarin studies engineering! She would help however she could!

Not of the Kaiu variety, but if a dirty Path of No Path-er dabbling and moonlighting in a bunch of things could be of assistance... :D

I have an actual rank in Lore: Architecture, if that would help?

Edit, Correction 2; I think Kaiu Amaya is Engineer trained, but Kaiu Maiya is not.

Is that for Gundam models? Because if so, I need some personal help :D

Awesome, thanks for the offers guys! Erina did some recon around the city and has found that a lot of the farms and fields in the area are now submurged with water and generally many mudbaths.

I was thinking that if we can use irrigation and siege engineering we could make paths that any invading forces would have to walk through or swamp out cavalry or great mud bogs for us to trap invaders in. I have the survey info if people have ideas of things they would like to try.

Cool, is there a time on Day 9 or 10 that people would have time free?

Hmm I am busy in those slots but I could relay what I found the the governor be and she might put out a call for seige engineers

Probably want to do day 10 anyways, since 9 is nearly over and pretty busy for a lot of people regardless.

That's fair. Should we ping the GMs?

Likely, yes. I've sent a link to this to Amaya (who's AFK). She may be able to help, but she's not a Kaiu Engineer. She does have the skill I think.

Cool I'll put it in the GM question thread

If you're going to engineer the terrain then can I also suggest considering using hunting to build some traps?

A flooded muddy rice paddy is annoying for infantry and dangerous for cavalry. A flooded muddy rice paddy with wooden stakes is dangerous for everything.

Amaya knows some basic Engineering. She would be interested in building up the city defences too.

Nice! I like the way you think!

I know Myo-en got some scouty-skills and possibly Engineering too, so she could also maybe help (will ping her to this thread).

Tsukimi can do Hunting and Battle better than Engineering, but she can do all three.

Well, I think we a breaking it down a few ways

1) identify potential choke points and places of opportunity
2) engineering to manipulate the landscape
3) Hunting/engineering or any trap making skill to make areas deadlier
